During your teens career planning program, they will be supported by a Registered Psychologist and a Professional Career Coach.
Their discovery journey starts with a individual formal Career Assessment followed by an interactive workshop where they will learn the skills to read and unpack their personalised Career Discovery Report which will is designed to help your teenager understand their personality style, the occupations that match this style, their current style competencies and how these match with their dream vocations.
Your teen will also learn how to identify the educational and training pathways required for success. Each teen will receive a personalised career and occupation report along with access to a database of occupations which they can peruse at their leisure!
