What will you create in 2023?

As we move forward in 2023 it is important to take a moment and reflect on where we have been. For many people especially our young people the last few years have been hard and energy zapping.

However for some young people that came to me for coaching during covid it was a time to explore new opportunities, new possibilities and a year that provided permission to pivot and take chances.

I saw young people embrace home learning and find a new and deeper sense of personal motivation. Clients took the opportunity to take a risk, leave part time and comfortable employment and embark on new and exciting opportunities in employment and further education. They didn’t let ATAR or learning difficulties stop them, they embraced their learning styles and went for it.

So what will you create for you….

You will only know if you set a goal and take a step towards to it! What small step can you take today to take you one step closer to achieving your goal?

Will you look for opportunities? Seek out support?
